Job summary

E-Z Bel Construction, LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a detail-oriented project administrator to support preconstruction and field teams. You’ll manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, logs, and digital repositories, coordinating with owners, inspectors, and vendors to keep projects on track.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree preferred, 0–3+ years in construction, strong MS Office, Bluebeam, and HCSS/HeavyJob skills, and the ability to read civil drawings; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Science/Management/Engineering or related field.
• 0–3+ years of construction or infrastructure experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and HCSS/HeavyJob; ability to learn scheduling and cost tools quickly.
• Comfort reading civil drawings, profiles, utility plans, specs, and standard details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with crews, PMs, vendors, and owners.
• Highly organized and detail-focused; able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Valid Texas Driver's License required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and route RFIs and submittals; assemble subcontract agreements and preconstruction packages.
• Own document control: drawing logs, current plan sets, and project files.
• Support preconstruction turnover, procurement planning, and contract reviews.
• Track materials, schedules, and change logs; assist with monthly pay applications.
• Visit field to validate quantities and assist operations; coordinate surveys and permits.
• Build look-ahead schedules and update master schedule with progress.
