Qualifications

• Extensive residential construction experience and remodeling know-how.
• Broad technical knowledge across trades.
• Experience as foreman, supervisor, project manager, or owner.
• Strong estimating and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Organized, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfort with using technology to manage estimates and schedules.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Prepare estimates: meet with customers, assess projects, define scopes, and estimate labor and materials.
• Support technicians: act as a trusted resource for questions and challenges.
• Oversee field operations: keep jobs organized, technicians productive, and on schedule.
• Ensure quality: maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot problems: evaluate site conditions and develop practical solutions.
• Mentor and train: share knowledge and develop the team’s skills.
• Improve our processes: work with ownership to improve estimating, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead by example: step into the field and lend a hand when needed.
