Job summary

TruBlue Home Service Ally in North County San Diego, CA seeks a Field Operations Manager / Construction Foreman to lead field teams, refine estimating processes, and ensure on-time, quality outcomes for residential repairs and aging-in-place projects.

You'll mentor technicians, oversee schedules, manage client communications, and collaborate with owners to grow the business while maintaining high craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in residential construction, remodeling, and home repairs.
• Broad technical knowledge across multiple trades.
• Previous experience as a foreman, construction supervisor, project manager, or business owner.
• Strong estimating and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Someone who is approachable, patient, organized, and dependable.
• A professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
• Comfortable using technology to manage estimates, schedules, and project details.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support our technicians: Serve as a trusted resource when team members encounter questions, challenges, or unfamiliar situations.

• Troubleshoot problems: Evaluate unexpected jobsite conditions and develop practical solutions.

TruBlue Home Service Ally is a growing, locally owned home services company specializing in residential repairs, home maintenance, small remodeling projects, and aging-in-place modifications.

We're looking for an experienced construction professional to join our leadership team and help oversee our field operations.

This is more than a foreman position. We're looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience, excellent judgment, and the ability to guide a team of skilled craftsmen while helping us build a successful company.
