ColonialWebb Contractors Company seeks a Construction Field Operations Administration Team Leader to oversee the Field Operations administrative team and partner with Operations leadership. The role supports workforce planning, resource management, and field operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and accurately.

As a key liaison to General and Senior Superintendents, you will drive continuous improvement and develop talent while aligning with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in construction administration or field operations support.
• Experience in supervision or team management.
• Proficiency with Penta, Procore, or equivalent construction software.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce planning and staffing to meet operational demands.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the Field Operations administrative team.
• Oversee administrative processes, ensuring priority and accuracy.
• Serve as liaison to General/Senior Superintendents on workforce processes.
• Monitor data integrity in Penta and resource planning tools.
• Lead departmental initiatives and support continuous improvement.
