Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily on-site construction activities and coordinate labor, materials, and equipment.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate the project schedule with look-aheads.
• Supervise subcontractors in the field and direct daily work to stay on schedule.
• Conduct site walks, lead foremen huddles, and coordinate meetings in the Superintendent's absence.
• Maintain site logistics, safety, and documentation, including daily reports and QA notes.
• Assist with quality control, punch lists, and project closeout tasks.
