Job summary

ARCO a Family of Construction Companies seeks a detail-oriented Field Coordinator to support field operations and project teams onsite in Sullivan, IN. You will work with Superintendents and site personnel to ensure documentation, field resources, and smooth coordination between office and field teams.

The role requires strong organization, effective communication, and comfort in a dynamic construction environment; Procore and Viewpoint experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction coordination or field administration preferred
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced field environment
• Comfortable working onsite and with office teams
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to travel nationwide as-needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct field support by working with Superintendents and onsite teams
• Onboard new trades workers and assign project badges
• Manage site canteen, food vendors, lunches, cleanup, vending, and appliances
• Coordinate with city and county officials and manage site deliveries
• Print and distribute project documents and maintain field drawings
• Schedule field meetings and prepare agendas and minutes
• Track compliance documentation and maintain insurance certificates
• Coordinate with Procore for document control and field-office communication
• Print and manage site signage and field binder contents
• Support overall site logistics and administrative coordination
