Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support our field operations and project team onsite in Sullivan, IN. This role works closely with onsite personnel, design teams, and trade partners to ensure seamless design, coordination, and install of complex MEP and structural systems.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in an active construction environment, and proficient with BIM design/coordination software such as Revit, ACC, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in construction management, architecture, engineering, VDC, drafting/design technology.
• Experience using Revit, ACC, Procore and Bluebeam is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical BIM advisor in the onsite field office.
• Participate in BIM setup, standards development, and coordination for project phases.
• Establish data exchange standards to optimize BIM for scheduling and estimation.
• Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and constructability checks.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with engineers, construction teams, and trade partners.
