Caddell Construction seeks a Project Manager - Commercial to oversee large-scale commercial builds across domestic locations. You will plan, coordinate, and budget projects, supervise onsite teams and coordinate with owners, A/E reps and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

10 years' experience in the construction industry required. Four-year degree in engineering or construction management and 10 years' experience in the construction industry required. Experience managing USG construction projects required.
Shows leadership, concise execution of plans, vision of project future, and effective communication of vision to subordinates, integrity, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of all applicable Caddell processes and procedures. Strong client relations skills are a must. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
While the salary range is typically between $103,500 - $140,000 annually, applicants are encouraged to share compensation expectations as part of the application process. Caddell honors prior experience, education, and qualifications of applicants in order to make attractive and competitive offers.
