Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support our reconstruction operations. Proficiency in Xactimate is required; experience with Symbility is a plus.

Candidate will interpret scopes, prepare accurate estimates for residential and commercial projects, and coordinate with insureds, field teams, and carriers. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of estimating experience, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of construction estimating experience.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and timely construction estimates using Xactimate pricing estimate software in accordance with insurance carrier guidelines.
