Job summary

ABD Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator / Project Manager with strong masonry construction experience in Phoenix, MD. Responsibilities include reviewing plans, performing takeoffs, preparing bids, managing projects from planning through closeout, and coordinating with clients, architects, and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of construction estimating and project management experience.
• Proven experience bidding and managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of masonry construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Ability to read construction drawings, blueprints, specifications, and bid documents.
• Strong estimating, takeoff, budgeting, and scheduling skills.
• Valid driver's license.
