• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of delivering accurate estimates on time.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes from subcontractors and vendors.
• Prepare and present detailed bid proposals for review by clients and internal teams.
• Monitor industry trends and pricing to ensure competitive and accurate estimates.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure estimates meet timelines and budgetary requirements.
