You will collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors, analyze blueprints and specifications, and identify value-engineering opportunities. We offer growth, training, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating (commercial/healthcare/industrial).
• Proficiency with estimating software such as Procore or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects aligned with client needs and goals.
• Collaborate with project managers, Architects, and subcontractors to gather requirements.
• Analyze blueprints, specs, and proposals to create comprehensive estimates.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value-engineering recommendations.
• Manage bid submissions and ensure documentation is completed on time.
