This role combines office-based estimation with periodic site inspections and travel to project sites as needed, collaborating with project managers and clients to define scopes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven construction estimating experience.
• Willingness to travel periodically for site inspections across our multi-state territory.
• Proficiency with estimating software and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Contribute to projects across our 10-state service area.
• Perform periodic site inspections; travel to support projects across regions.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to define scopes and timelines.
