Job summary

Turner & Townsend, a global consultancy, seeks a Construction Estimator with CSA experience to join our team in the United States. You will work on life science facilities and complex projects, applying cost plans from concept through detailed design.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction cost management, strong communication, and client-facing skills. You will prepare estimates, benchmark data, and support design milestones, with CostX and CSIMasterformat familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management (estimating, cost engineering, project cost controls).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
• Supporting client land acquisitions and delivering cost plans at milestones.
• Reviewing design changes and preparing estimates with appropriate accuracy.
• Providing commercial input to design optioneering and value engineering exercises.
• Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction life cycle.
• Collaborating with stakeholders in the preparation of estimates and cost plans.
• Benchmarking data capture and analyzing labor markets and cost drivers.
• Delivering Life Cycle Costing models and reviewing EPCM submissions.
