Job summary

Stefanini Group is hiring a Construction Estimator in Springdale, AR 72764. The Estimator I will review customer requests for pricing, maintain clear communication with customers, and support the Order Pursuit Team to meet revenue targets.

Prepare material take-offs for Kawneer products, collaborate with sales on quotes, and ensure timely, accurate quotes while following safety, quality, and process standards. This is a temporary 12-month position with potential for hire.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• Construction industry knowledge preferred.
• Experience with CAD/ERP tools like KaluCAD or JD Edwards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material proposals and material take-offs for Kawneer products from customer lists and plans.
• Communicate with customers and sales reps on quote follow-up and changes.
• Ensure quotes are accurate and delivered on time to support revenue targets.
