Job summary

Stefanini Group in Springdale, AR is seeking an Estimator I for Kawneer team. This temporary 12-month assignment involves reviewing customer requests for pricing and entering data, coordinating with customers and sales, and supporting order pursuit to help meet revenue targets.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, detail orientation, and experience in customer service; construction knowledge and CAD/JD Edwards familiarity are a plus. On-site work Monday–Friday with 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in customer service role.
• Construction industry background or knowledge of architectural systems products is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in the Construction Industry is a plus.
• 2- or 4-year degree in Construction Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare material proposals and take-offs for Kawneer products from customer lists and plans.
• Interact with customers and sales reps on quote follow-up and order changes.
• Provide service to customers where Kawneer is the preferred supplier.
• Coordinate with internal resources on complex projects.
• Develop knowledge of Kawneer product portfolio and price book.
• Be a main contact for phone inquiries with 100% live call response.
• Work with customers and sales to formulate order pursuit strategies.
