Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions; coordinate input from field operations.
• Explore alternative construction methods to enhance bid competitiveness.
• Verify take-off quantities and ensure data accuracy in estimates.
• Present estimates and participate in bid reviews with senior management.
• Mentor estimating staff and support their professional development.
• Lead and participate in design-build preconstruction services.
