You will build relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, mentor junior estimators, and coordinate bid timelines while upholding safety and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of construction management or GC experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software.
• Strong references and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preconstruction estimates, budgets, and value engineering.
• Engage with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Manage preconstruction phase schedules and documents.
• Mentor junior estimators.
• Prepare bid packages and subcontracts.
• Represent the company in RFPs and client presentations.
• Ensure safety compliance and attendance.
