Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects.
• Conduct quantity surveys and takeoffs from drawings and specifications.
• Build and maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships.
• Develop competitive bids and proposals that win work.
• Manage project cashflow and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers and operations teams.
