• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive bids for projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for self-perform scopes.
• Solicit, track, and review subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Participate in post-job reviews to improve future estimates.

Skills

Estimating experience in commercial construction

Knowledge of concrete, GC, and general trades scopes

Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and Microsoft Office
