Qualifications

• 3–7 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, GC, and general trades scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, competitive bids for projects.
• Review plans, specs, addenda, and RFIs.
• Create bid packages and scope documents.

Skills

Estimating experience in commercial construction

Knowledge of concrete, GC, and general trades scopes

Analytical skills

Attention to detail

Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and Microsoft Office
