Job summary

Renewyx in Cleveland is seeking an Estimator to prepare takeoffs, cost estimates and bid packages across the full project lifecycle, ensuring bids are competitive and commercially sound.

You will work closely with preconstruction and operations, using estimating software to deliver accurate bids. The role offers hybrid work and a defined path toward senior estimating leadership in commercial construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or industrial construction is required.
• Demonstrated estimating experience with takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Ability to manage multiple bids concurrently and work with preconstruction teams.

The business has a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who can bring precision and structure to how projects get priced and won.

The role

• You will prepare takeoffs, cost estimates and bid packages across the project lifecycle, working closely with preconstruction and operations to ensure bids are competitive and commercially sound.
• Demonstrated estimating experience within commercial or industrial construction
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bids concurrently
• Experience with design-build or general contracting delivery models
• Established relationships with regional subcontractors
• Hybrid working, based in Cleveland, OH
• A defined path toward senior estimating leadership
