• 3–7 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents.
• Attention to detail, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive bids for projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for self-perform scopes.
• Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier pricing.

Skills

Estimating experience in commercial construction
