Kelley Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Estimator to collaborate with project teams in developing and executing detailed proposals for complex commercial and industrial projects.

This role requires strong bid strategy, disciplined quantity surveying, and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications. You will coordinate bid requirements with design elements, mentor teammates, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required for construction estimating and bid development.
• Ability to read project specs and drawings and perform risk analysis.
• Develop and implement bid strategies; solicit subcontractor and vendor bids.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for detailed and accurate quantity surveys.
• Solicit subcontractor and vendor bids; develop bid strategies.
• Clarify and interpret quotes; identify scope gaps; disseminate differences.
• Develop crew productions and project durations; coordinate bid requirements with design elements.
• Mentor direct reports and peers; build relationships with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Travel may be required.
