Job summary

TrendHR is partnering with a growing metal building contractor in Northeast Texas seeking a skilled sales estimator. You will meet with customers, develop complete construction estimates, present proposals, and close deals from inbound leads, while traveling to project sites across the territory.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus uncapped commissions, with a hybrid/field-based schedule and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Full-project estimating experience is required.
• Experience in custom homebuilding, residential construction, barndominiums, metal buildings, design-build, or general contracting is preferred.
• Able to present pricing, negotiate, and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Work with inbound leads provided by the company.
• Speak with customers by phone, virtually, and in person.
• Visit project sites across Northeast Texas.
• Develop complete, whole-project construction estimates.
• Present proposals and pricing to customers.
• Respond to questions, overcome objections, and follow up.
• Turn qualified leads into signed contracts.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to close.
