People Solutions Center is working with a family-owned lawn care and landscaping company serving property owners since 1984, seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join the team. The role offers a robust compensation package, including salary between $85,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience, plus health benefits, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.

• 2+ years of experience in estimating landscape projects.
• Experience providing customer service to landscape, irrigation, or construction clients.
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfortable learning new technology.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off and ProCore preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Gathering, calculating, and compiling take-off data for bid estimates.
• Preparing estimates for proposals.
• Maintaining current prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Using standard estimation software to present information to management.
• Following the sales process through estimation to completion with client follow-ups.

Our Construction Estimator comes with a robust compensation and benefits package, including an annual salary between $85,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience, and opportunity for growth.

Requirements for the Construction Estimator include:

• 2+ years of experience in estimating landscape installation, landscape construction, or landscape irrigation projects;
• Experience providing customer service to landscape, irrigation, or construction customers;
• Proficiency with computer software programs, including MS Office Suite, and comfort with learning new technology;
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management (preferred but not required);
• Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off and ProCore (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities for the Construction Estimator include:

• Gathering, calculating, and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates;
• Preparing estimates;
• Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Utilizing standard estimate computer software to present information to management;
