Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is assisting a luxury landscape construction company in finding an experienced Construction Estimator to help deliver high-end residential outdoor living spaces in New Hampshire. This full-time role offers collaboration with designers, project managers, and vendors to craft accurate estimates and profitable budgets.

You will review plans, perform takeoffs, compute labor and equipment costs, and present clear proposals to clients, while identifying cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience, landscape construction or high-end residential.
• Experience estimating large-scale projects (>$500K).
• Strong knowledge of hardscaping, grading, drainage and materials.
• Proficient with estimating software; Aspire preferred.
• Valid driver''s license.

We're partnering with a growing, established landscape construction company seeking a talented Estimator to support luxury residential projects. What You'll Do

• Develop detailed estimates and pricing for large-scale landscape construction projects.
• Review construction plans, perform material takeoffs, and calculate labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with designers, sales professionals, and project managers to ensure accurate project scopes and budgets.
• Present and explain estimates to clients, helping them understand project costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably in landscape construction or high-end residential projects.
• Experience estimating large-scale projects, ideally $500K or more.
• Strong knowledge of hardscaping, grading, drainage, construction materials, and installation methods.
• Ability to independently prepare accurate estimates and understand project profitability.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable interacting directly with clients, vendors, and construction teams.
• Experience with estimating software; Aspire preferred, but comparable platforms are welcome.
• Valid driver's license.
