As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to developing project budgets, analyzing material costs, interpreting blueprints, and using construction management tools to provide precise estimates that support successful project completion.

• Ability to accurately estimate material costs and develop comprehensive project budgets.
• Effective client communication skills with the ability to present estimates clearly and professionally.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Knowledge of current market prices for materials and labor in the construction sector is preferred.
• A relevant degree or certification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
