Job summary

Leoforce in Texas seeks a Senior Construction Estimator to join our permanent team. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, review designs, and support projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare, education, commercial, or high-end residential construction, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Bachelor's in CM/CE preferred; willing to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimation in healthcare, higher ed, schools, commercial or high-end residential sectors.
• Proficiency in cost estimation and construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction blueprints and interpretation.
• Experience with ground-up, remodel, and renovations.
• Strong analytical skills to create accurate estimates.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with subs, suppliers, and team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, CE, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software is a plus.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• 8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 9. Proficiency in construction estimating software is a plus.
