Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator with 5+ years of experience to join our team in the United States. The role involves analyzing plans, preparing time, cost, and labor estimates, and coordinating with clients and foremen to resolve issues.

You will conduct risk analyses, review requirements, and apply new construction technologies to keep estimates accurate and timely. A strong background in hospital, education, government, and civil projects is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator.
  • Experience in Hospital, Higher Education, School, Commercial, Federal, State, Government, Retail, Medical, and Civil construction.
  • Understanding of principles and methods of cost estimation in construction.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with high accuracy in calculations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in using computer software for cost estimation.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

  • Working closely with project managers and team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of all estimates.

  8. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  10. A strong commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance with all industry regulations.
