Shell Pros Construction in Naples, FL is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to own the estimating process from plan review through final pricing. You will work with ownership, builders, developers, and clients to develop accurate labor and material cost estimates, create proposals, and help shape pricing strategy as the company scales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating experience in shell/construction, strong drawing interpretation, and excellent communication.

Location: Naples, FL (Potential Future Hybrid Schedule: 3 Days In Office / 2 Days Remote)

Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 Base + Performance Bonus Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator who can take ownership of the estimating process from plan review through final pricing. This individual will work closely with ownership, builders, developers, and project stakeholders while helping establish estimating standards as the company continues to scale.

This is more than a back-office estimating role; we're looking for someone who is comfortable discussing projects with clients, presenting estimates, and serving as a trusted technical resource.
