Builcore is seeking an experienced Construction Project Estimator to join our team in Miami Beach. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for diverse construction projects, plus soliciting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor proposals.

You will analyze plans, specifications, and scopes of work with a sharp eye for construction costs and methods, attend pre-bid meetings, visit job sites, and collaborate with architects and professionals to define project

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating within the general contractor industry.
• Extensive knowledge in quantity take off, and proposal preparation.
• Proficiency in quantity take off software.
• A Bachelor's degree in architecture, or a related field.
• Thorough understanding of construction costs, materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time from our Miami Beach office.

About the Position

The Construction Project Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for a variety of construction projects. This role also includes soliciting and evaluating vendor and subcontractor proposals and carefully analyzing project plans, specifications, scopes of work, and related documentation.

Strong estimating experience, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of construction costs and methods are essential for this position.
