Job summary

gpac in Memphis, TN is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its team. The role emphasizes conceptual and hard-bid estimating, quantity take-offs, material and subcontractor pricing to support owner/architect collaboration and maintain accurate project budgets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience with a General Contractor; self-perform experience is a big plus, with strong knowledge of commercial construction and estimating software such as MCiC, OnCenter, Timberline,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with a General Contractor.
• Self-perform experience is a big plus.
• Experience in commercial construction.
• Experience in Conceptual, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction document budgets and estimates.
• Estimating software knowledge preferred to include MCiC, OnCenter, Timberline, PlanGrid, Revit/BlueBeam.

Responsibilities
