Commercial construction specialties (Division 10+) subcontractor in Northern Colorado is looking for an experienced estimator to join this growing organization. We are experiencing record sales and are looking for the next team member to help us continue that growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating complex take-offs and estimates
2. Retrieving and analyzing bid results
3. Building meaningful customer relationships through effective and frequent communication
4. Working with project managers to identify key projects and bidding strategies

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating
• Division 10 experience is helpful but not necessary
• Familiarity with commercial construction, electronic take-offs, and estimating software is essential
• On-Screen Takeoff and QuickBooks experience is a plus
