Job summary

SSC Construction in Northern Indiana is seeking a Construction Estimator with strong commercial construction estimating experience to join our team on-site in the Northern Indiana area.

Candidate should have a background in electrical, carpentry, HVAC and fire protection, and be capable of managing estimates through to bid delivery. This role requires full-time work in the United States and hands-on project coordination for various project types.

Qualifications

• Must have construction estimating & project management experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and manage commercial construction projects across electrical, carpentry, HVAC and fire protection.
• Oversee interior fit-outs, renovations and complete building projects from demolition to new construction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare cost plans, bids and value engineering for medical offices, clinics, restaurants and retail centers.
