• Good communication and organizational skills

I'm currently working with a well-established General Contractor in Houston who are looking to add an experienced Estimator to their team.

This is a great opportunity for an Estimator with strong experience in the Houston commercial construction market who is looking to join a reputable and growing GC.

The Role:

• Lead estimates from conceptual stages through to bid submission
• Review plans, specifications and contract documents
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• Work closely with the Preconstruction and Project Management teams
• Help develop competitive and accurate bids
