Job summary

TMV Global Inc. in Gainesville, VA seeks an experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate bids and cost estimates for residential, commercial, utility, grading, and highway projects.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, drawings and specifications; preparing detailed labor, materials, and project costs; coordinating with PMs, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers; and presenting bids/proposals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree preferred.
