Job description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Estimator.

The Construction Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting.

The role is located in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications: Construction estimating and quantity take-off skills; Cost management and budgeting skills; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications; Familiarity with construction laws and regulations; Proficiency in relevant software programs such as Excel, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift; Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience; Experience with LEED certification and sustainability practices is a plus.
