Goodfellow Bros. in Portland, OR is seeking a Project/Estimating Assistant to provide administrative support across the region, with a focus on the Estimating Department and project teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a fast-paced construction environment. The role includes bid preparation, documentation, and coordination with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 2 years of project administrative experience; database and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet entry.

Responsibilities

• Download, organize, and maintain plans, specifications, quotes, and other bid-related documents.
• Prepare bid documents, bonds, and supporting materials for public and private proposals.
• Maintain estimating information and records within the CRM database.
• Solicit and track quotes from subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Assist with pre-qualifications, bids, RFPs, and SOQs.
• Coordinate project setup and billing requirements with project teams and Estimators.
