Job summary

Goodfellow Bros. in Portland, OR is seeking a detail-oriented Project/Estimating Assistant to support the Estimating Department and project teams.

This role requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• 2 years of project administrative experience; database and Microsoft Excel spreadsheet entry.

Responsibilities

• Download, organize, and maintain bid-related documents (plans, specs, quotes).
• Prepare bid documents, bonds, and materials for proposals.
• Maintain estimating information in the CRM and Vista.
• Solicit and track quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist with pre-qualifications, bids, RFPs, and SOQs.
• Support marketing materials, proposals, and project closeout.
