Job summary

R.H. White seeks a Business Systems Analyst who will serve as the ERP SME, partnering with Operations, Finance, Contracts, Payroll, and HR to optimize processes and reduce manual workarounds.

You will own ERP release testing, drive new functionality, develop end-user documentation and training, and lead Lean improvements. Strong communication and project management are essential in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct ERP support/administration; construction industry preferred.
• COINS experience preferred.
• Experience with job cost, procurement, subcontracts, change orders, billing, AP, and payroll.
• Lean or continuous improvement training; AGC CM‑Lean certification preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing, and implementing system changes.
• Advanced Excel; experience with reporting, SQL, or BI tools a plus.
• Ability to write clear process documentation and deliver training.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion in handling confidential financial and employee information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ERP SME across departments; configure, support, troubleshoot, optimize system.
• Own ERP release management and coordinate testing and deployment.
• Lead lean process improvements to reduce waste and shadow systems.
• Gather requirements, test, and support ERP functionality/modules.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation and training.
• Build Excel-based tools and reporting; coordinate with BI resources.
• Protect confidential data and support access reviews.
• No direct reports; train key users and coordinate with vendors.
