Qualifications

• Requires 3 years direct work experience with CAT literature systems.
• Proficiency in at least one mechanical system (hydraulics, transmissions, electrical, etc.).
• Must be able to read repair and parts manuals and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check equipment, PPE compliance, and prepare for duties.
• Use manuals and diagrams for independent troubleshooting and repair.
• Operate lift trucks, cranes, and tools to move and repair parts.
• Disassemble/reassemble parts with hand/power tools and test.
• Reference parts data and enter repairs into record systems.
• Inspect, service, and repair engines, hydraulics, electrical components.
