Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight years of Cat equipment experience with understanding of engines, hydraulics, electrical subsystems.
• Must be able to read and interpret manuals and parts diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work capability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, rebuild, repair and test parts/equipment on construction equipment.
• Lead and coach technicians; assign tasks and ensure proper techniques.
• Use lift trucks, overhead cranes and tools to move and work on heavy equipment.
• Document repairs and access information from parts catalogs and record systems.
• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on multiple Cat models.
