Altorfer is seeking a professional to manage construction and agricultural rental contracts, coordinate with sales and shop staff, and ensure timely invoicing and closings. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced rental environment.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook. Local travel may be required, and the position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
• Previous background in Construction or Agriculture equipment market preferred.
• Good organization skills with excellent communication abilities (verbally & written) are required.
• Ability to manage a constantly changing workload.
• Must be able to plan well to meet challenging customer deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with internal teams and customers.
• Proven leadership and strong customer service skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• This specialist will work directly with sales representatives to fulfill customer’s rental needs.
• Respond to team member calls/emails/texts in a timely basis with a sense of urgency.
• Coordinate with shop staff regarding repair status and availability of equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
