Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service ('Silver Service').
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies.

• Maintain and update customer database and equipment ownership records.
• Assist in financial planning with customers to support purchases.
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Regular reporting of account activity.
