Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Follow safe work practices in safety program.
• Experience with a wide variety of construction machinery.
• Knowledge of maintenance of construction equipment.
• Must be able to take initiative and follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Provide safety footwear and communicate professionally.
• Strong mathematical reasoning and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction machinery safely, including cranes, dozers, loaders, and backhoes.
• Perform routine maintenance like lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
• Promote a safe work environment and communicate jobsite hazards.
• Inspect and document heavy equipment condition and performance.
• Assist with earthwork and trenching per OSHA guidelines.
