Hensel Phelps seeks an Equipment Operator to manage and maintain a range of construction machinery on active job sites. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and proven experience with construction equipment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating a wide variety of construction machinery.
• Ability to follow safety and health program protocols.
• Must communicate effectively and work with team.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance on equipment including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
• Operate cranes, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, trucks, pumps, and other machinery.
• Promote a safe work environment and communicate jobsite hazards.
• Inspect and document heavy equipment and perform earthwork tasks as needed.
