Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Follow safe work practices per safety program.
• Experience with a wide variety of construction machinery.
• Knowledge of maintenance of construction equipment.
• Must take initiative and be reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wide range of construction machinery (cranes, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, trucks).
• Perform basic maintenance (lubrication, fueling, cleaning) and document equipment conditions.
• Ensure safety on site and communicate hazards.
• Assist in trenching/excavating procedures per OSHA guidelines.
