Employment Type: Contractor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some weekends/overtime as needed

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy equipment used in site preparation, excavation, grading, trenching, and roadwork. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate construction equipment such as:
• Excavators
• Skid steers
• Bulldozers
• Backhoes
• Loaders
• Graders
• Assist in site preparation including clearing, leveling, trenching, and digging.
• Follow project blueprints, instructions, and safety regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Work closely with other crew members to complete tasks on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to read site plans and follow directions.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.
