Are you a problem-solving pro with a passion for heavy equipment? At Barnsco Texas, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Equipment Mechanic to keep our fleet in top shape and our customers rolling. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-first environment with competitive pay, growth opportunities, and support from a leadership team that values your expertise.

What We Offer:

• $25.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair medium and heavy-duty equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, lube, filters, etc.)

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues

• Handle road calls and emergency repairs

• Service customer equipment with professionalism

• Communicate repair needs and updates with your manager

• Help train and support new mechanics

What You Bring:

• At least 2 years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience

• Ability to read schematics and use computer-assisted diagnostics

• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate equipment

• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical tasks on and around equipment

• High School Diploma or GED

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with construction rental equipment

• Fabrication knowledge

• Great communication and teamwork skills
